Privacy Policy
Transfer Music Playlist reads playlists so you can review them before anything is created. This page explains what we store, why, and how to get it removed.

What we collect
Playlist data: when you paste a playlist link, upload a backup file, or connect an account, we process the track list to build your review report. Reports are stored so you can resume a review and download your song report.
Email address: optional, used to deliver your song report and follow up on your transfer request. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Connected accounts: if you connect Spotify or YouTube Music, we receive an access token limited to the permissions on the consent screen. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We never see or store your passwords.
Payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. We receive confirmation of payment and the plan you purchased so we can fulfill it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited and product steps completed, such as running a check or starting checkout. This helps us fix what is confusing and improve the product. We do not send song-level personal data or your email address to Google Analytics.
What we do not do
We do not modify your source playlists. Reads are non-destructive, and nothing is created at the destination until you explicitly approve it.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Google Analytics is used for product analytics only, without ads personalization.
We do not sell personal data.
Data removal
To delete a report, an email address, or a connected account token, send a request through the Ask for help form in the transfer workspace and include your report link. We will confirm when removal is complete.
Contact
Transfer Music Playlist is operated by Skootle. Reach us through the Ask for help form in the app; requests create a tracked ticket that we answer by email.
