Terms of Service
Short version: the free check shows you a review report, paid plans create the playlist you approved, and you stay responsible for the accounts you connect.
Last updated: July 24, 2026
The service
Transfer Music Playlist builds a review report for playlists you bring to it and, after your explicit approval and payment, creates the approved playlist at the destination service. It is an independent service by Skootle and is not affiliated with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Google, Tidal, or their parent companies.
Your accounts and content
You must have the right to access the playlists and accounts you use with the service. You are responsible for the destination account where playlists are created.
Connected-account permissions are used only for the actions shown in the review flow: reading the source and creating what you approved.
Matching accuracy
Music catalogs differ between services. The review report labels matches as safe, needs review, missing, or duplicate, and nothing is created until you approve the rows. We do not guarantee that every song has an exact match at the destination; the report exists so you can see the differences before creation.
Payments and plans
Paid plans are one-time purchases unless the plan is explicitly labeled as a subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate another service's terms at scale, to process playlists you have no right to access, or to probe or disrupt the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skootle's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan involved.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
